About the Annual Electricity Concession
The concession is 184.347 cents a day, which adds up to about $673 over a year. On Aurora's Tariff 32 at 4,000 kWh a year, about $1,654, that is roughly 41% of the bill.
Because it is a daily amount, the concession on each bill depends on the number of days in the billing period. You claim it through your electricity retailer.
Eligible households can add the medical cooling or heating concession and the life support concession. People in embedded networks claim a matching low-income rebate of $673 a year from the government.
