About Jemena

Jemena's electricity network has about 384,000 customers and 7,000 kilometres of line. Jemena also runs gas networks in other states, so make sure you use the electricity number below for a power fault.

Because the network is compact and suburban, its charges sit in the middle of the Victorian range. Prices in the Jemena area are compared with the Victorian Default Offer for the Jemena zone.

A new regulatory period for Jemena, and the other Victorian networks, began on 1 July 2026.
