Enphase makes microinverters, monitoring gateways and batteries. With microinverters, each panel works on its own, so shade or a fault on one panel does not drag down the rest.
Because the conversion to AC happens on the roof, there is no high voltage DC running through the house. Monitoring shows each panel's output.
